Thank you for your purchase from Dar As-Salah. We take pride in offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that situations may arise where you wish to return or exchange a product. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which this can be done. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
Applicability of the Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from Dar As-Salah.
Customers may return products within 30 days of receiving their order. Returns submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or no longer in resalable condition may not qualify for a return. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
To request a return or exchange, please email info@darassalah.com and include the reason for the return, along with photos/videos of the product and your order number.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the return is due to the consumer (for example, change of mind or incorrect order), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The exact cost depends on the chosen courier service.
If the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged or incorrect item), we will reimburse the shipping costs.
Return Processing Fee
A processing fee of $15 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative handling, quality inspection, and restocking costs associated with processing returns.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage or issues, contact us immediately. If your item arrives damaged or defective, send photos of the damage along with a brief description to info@darassalah.com.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@darassalah.com. Include your order details such as the order number, recipient name, and/or email address. Your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation After Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to wait until you receive the items and then submit a return request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
