General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: Calendar day.
Continuous contract: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over a period of time.
Durable data carrier: Any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance contract: An agreement concluded within a system organised by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
Technique for distance communication: Means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present in the same place.
Terms and Conditions: These general terms and conditions apply to the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the Terms and Conditions can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these Terms and Conditions may be made available electronically in such a way that it can be stored easily on a durable data carrier.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions, the consumer may always rely on the most favourable provision in the event of conflicting terms.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or void, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be assessed in accordance with their spirit.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to amend or modify the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images used are a truthful representation. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
All images, specifications, and data are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
Each offer contains sufficient information to make clear to the consumer the rights and obligations attached to accepting the offer, including:
The price, including taxes.
Any shipping costs.
The method of contract formation.
Whether the right of withdrawal applies.
The method of payment, delivery, and performance.
The validity period of the offer.
The rate for distance communication if applicable.
Whether the agreement is archived and how it can be accessed.
How the consumer can verify and correct information before concluding the contract.
Other available languages.
Applicable codes of conduct.
The minimum duration of the contract in the case of continuous transactions.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the stated conditions.
If accepted electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt electronically. Until confirmation has been received, the consumer may dissolve the agreement.
The entrepreneur will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure electronic data transmission.
The entrepreneur may investigate the consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations. If there are valid reasons not to enter into the agreement, the entrepreneur may refuse an order or impose special conditions.
Upon delivery, the entrepreneur will provide the consumer with:
Contact details for complaints.
Information about the right of withdrawal.
Warranty information.
Termination conditions if applicable.
Each agreement is entered into subject to sufficient availability of the products.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The cooling-off period begins the day after receipt of the product.
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur within 14 days and return the product within 14 days thereafter.
If the consumer fails to notify or return the product within the specified periods, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Any payments made will be refunded within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been returned or proof of return is supplied.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products:
Made according to consumer specifications.
Clearly personal in nature.
That cannot be returned due to their nature.
That spoil quickly.
Subject to financial market fluctuations.
Sealed audio/video or software once unsealed.
Sealed hygiene products once unsealed.
Article 9 – The Price
Prices will not increase during the validity period unless due to VAT changes.
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Printing and typographical errors are reserved.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that products comply with the agreement and applicable legal requirements.
Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
The warranty does not apply if products are modified, misused, or damaged due to negligence.
Article 11 – Delivery and Performance
The entrepreneur will process orders with the utmost care.
Delivery will take place at the address provided by the consumer.
Accepted orders will be executed as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Duration Transactions
The consumer may terminate agreements for an indefinite period at any time, observing a notice period of up to one month.
Fixed-term agreements may not be automatically renewed unless permitted under applicable law.
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 7 working days.
The consumer must report inaccuracies in payment details immediately.
In case of non-payment, the entrepreneur may charge reasonable costs within legal limits.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovery of the defect.
Complaints will be answered within 14 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the applicable dispute resolution procedure.

Article 15 – Disputes
Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
